The University of Michigan is a bit peeved at a Burnsville company, B.D.C. Capital, who went on a domain-buying frenzy, snatching up over 23,000 web addresses, many of them relating to high school and college sports teams and mascots, including UniversityofMichiganWolverines.com. B.D.C. claims they want to become partners with schools to sell souvenirs. The University of Michigan has sent the company a cease and desist letter, claiming copyright infringement.
