Look at a cold, naked person at Nicollet and 7th today

A member of the animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals will get naked at the corner of Nicollet Avenue and 7th Street in Minneapolis today to protest the Minnesota Pork Congress. A butcher's diagram of body parts will festoon the protestor. According to a press release, this act will emulate a PETA campaign featuring former "Baywatch" star Traci Bingham, who most likely didn't choose January in Minnesota for her photo shoot. "Animals aren't 'breasts' or 'thighs' or 'flanks,'" says PETA's Michelle Cho. "They think, feel, and want to live, just as you and I do. By exposing my body, I hope to expose others to the benefits of a humane, vegetarian diet." Cho will be exposing her breasts, thighs, and flanks at 12:00 p.m. sharp.
