When the temperature drops and the leaves morph, there is no better place to enjoy the season than a visit to the Witch's Hat Water Tower park in Minneapolis. Located a off of University Avenue east of the University of Minnesota East Bank in the Prospect Park neighborhood. Make sure to come back after dark to see one of the best views of the Minneapolis skyline.
