Coleman ahead 43-39 in latest poll

Categories: Elections

The latest Rasmussen poll puts Sen. Norm Coleman ahead again in the race for Senate. Can we get any more confused on this out-of-control race?

Coleman 43%
Franken 39%
Dean Barkley 14%
Undecided 4%

Last week, the Rasmussen poll showed Franken with a 41-37 lead. Barkley had 17 percent. This is their first October poll to show Coleman in the lead.

Another interesting note is the candidate support:

Coleman now has the support of 90% of Minnesota Republicans, up from 79% a week ago. Franken is backed by 77% of Democrats, down from 86% in the previous survey.
