Coen Brothers snag two Golden Globe nominations

Minnesota natives, the Coen Brothers, received two Golden Globe nominations this morning for their comedy-thriller Burn After Reading. Joel and Ethan Coen have received 14 nominations since 1984 and won three. 

Burn After Reading received a nomination for Best Motion Picture (Comedy). Frances McDormand was nominated for Best Actress (Comedy of Musical) for her role in the film.

The Coen Brothers are award machines. They have also received 21 Oscar nominations, winning six of them.
