Pawlenty calls Franken complaints 'frivilous'

Gov. Tim Pawlenty has been so good during the recount of keeping his mouth shut and staying fairly non-partisan. Kinda. Apparently he can't contain it any longer and let some comments slip on Fox News.

Pawlenty called some of Al Franken's complaints during the recount "frivilous" and insisted that the 133 lost ballots probably wouldn't sway the election to Franken as they will likely fall in line with the rest of the election results, according to a Politico report.
More from Politico:
"We've had a new development including 133 ballots allegedly missing, that they're now searching a warehouse and potentially a church for. And so the Franken campaign, for example, is saying, 'Don't certify the final results until we can find these ballots,'" Pawlenty said during an interview on Fox News.

"There's still a few minor moving pieces, but the overall count consistently has held Norm Coleman in the lead, and I think the canvassing board will get to the bottom of this and render a fair and just result," he said. "Some of the challenges are frivolous," he added, blaming Franken's camp for holding up the recount.
Looking for a video, but no luck yet...
