Alleged Molotov creator back in court to change plea

One of the two Texas men accused of creating Molotov cocktails to use against police at the Republican National Convention is scheduled to change his "not guilty" plea today in Minneapolis, according to Minnesota Public Radio

Bradley Chowder and David McKay were indicted in September.

The two had pleaded not guilty to charges they had manufactured homemade explosives to hurl at police cars during the Republican National Convention in St. Paul. 
Both men have been held in custody since the RNC. McKay is still scheduled to go to trial on January 26th.
