Times are scary; be a do-gooder
The Citizens League, a do-good civic organization in Minneapolis, is organizing groups of young professionals to work on combating poverty and improving financial literacy and education in the Twin Cities.
Policy Advocacy Groups will meet for the first time tomorrow night in Lyn-Lake. Over the next few months, the groups will pick an area of need, research it, and create a project to help out.
