In case you were wondering how legitimate the St. Paul Winter Carnival is, we've got your answer. Well, hopefully you knew it was a total joke beforehand, but here is further evidence for your case.

The Winter Carnival royalty will knight Whiplash the Cowboy Monkey of Taco John's commercial fame tonight.

Don't miss out! He's being knighted for... his ability to stay strapped to a border collie as it herds sheep? He probably should get some sort of prize for his ability to hold American attention for this long. He's a monkey in a cowboy suit after all. Making a live with a crappy Mexican fast food joint.
