Cheerleader falls on head, blames teammate for her poor landing skills 
MADISON -- The Wisconsin Supreme Court says a former high school cheerleader cannot sue a teammate who dropped her while practicing a stunt in a case closely watched in the cheerleading world. She filed a lawsuit against a male teammate who dropped her on her head, the school district and its insurer.

Posting naked underage photos of girls on MySpace is an awesome way for teen to 'vent' 
LA CROSSE --A Wisconsin teen who admitted posting nude pictures of a 16-year-old girl on his MySpace page to "vent" at her has pleaded guilty to causing mental hart to a child. As part of a plea deal Monday, 18-year-old Alex Phillips of La Crosse had charges of possession of child pornography, sexual exploitation of a child and defamation dismissed, but they may be considered when he is sentenced in La Crosse County Circuit Court. 

FLORENCE - Florence County Sheriff Jeff Ricksby said Monday that a 43-year-old woman was found about 9:30 a.m. Saturday on stairs next to the entrance to her Florence home. The sheriff said in a news release that the woman slipped on ice and injured her leg while walking home about 11:20 p.m. Friday, and she crawled 327 feet along the side of the street but was overcome by cold before she could get inside. Her ex-husband and two sons were in the home but were unaware she was outside, Ricksby said. 

A Hudson man says he won't hold any grudges and simply wants to move on with his life after six sexual assault charges against him recently were dismissed in St. Croix County Court. 

DURAND -- Two people are charged with reckless endangerment in Pepin County in the overdose death of a 23-year-old Durand man. Prosecutors say 20-year-old Crystal Goulet and 24-year-old Jared Severson were doing drugs with Justin Sinz when he started to have trouble breathing last May. 

LA CROSSE -- A La Crosse woman faces a charge of hit and run driving resulting in death. A criminal complaint filed in La Crosse County Circuit Court said 38-year-old Rhonda Boardman was driving a van that hit 55-year-old William Harter as he walked to his town of Campbell home about 10:45 p.m. on New Year's Eve.
