The man accused of creating Molotov cocktails for the Republican National Convention will have to stand trial again next month after the jury was "hopelessly deadlocked," according to the Star Tribune.
David McKay, a 22-year-old from Austin, Texas, says an undercover FBI informant convinced him to do it.
McKay will stand trial again March 16, but will be released on a $25,000 bond so he can return to Texas until the next trial. He has been in jail since his arrest in September.
