Fighting the flood in knee-deep icy waters

We can't imagine wading through knee-deep icy waters is a fun task for all of the people helping fight the floods in Fargo and Moorhead. While the water level is starting to drop, the river is still well above flood stage and many areas are still flooded with waters to create homes still protected by barriers of sand bags.

We also did some browsing of the Army Flick page to find some other jems. Who doesn't love a perfectly posed photo of an awkward solider playing on slides with Iraqi children?
