Minneapolis goes 'lights out' Saturday for Earth Hour

From 8:30 to 9:30 p.m., the city of Minneapolis says they will be turning off "all uses of electricity in municipal buildings that are not required for life, safety or operations. The decorative lighting on the underside of the Stone Arch Bridge will also be turned off for the night, as will the City Hall's clock tower neon lights."
Earth Hour began in 2007 in Sydney, Australia. Here is the site's video about the event's evolution:
The city is keeping a running list of buildings and businesses that will be participating Saturday. There is also a Facebook group.
