ATTENTION: Show is back up! Thanks for your patience!

Today on Citypages.com's 'In The Stream' with TD Mischke:
  • We have a new updated prison photo of Charles Manson (in case you want to switch out the one in your wallet). Looking good, Charlie! However, I bet you wish you go back and rethink the whole swastika forehead tattoo thing. We do crazy things when we're young, don't we? I mean, look at Hitler. What was that guy thinking?
  • Hong Kong action movie star Chow Yun-fat, known for his role as a martial arts master in "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon," will play ancient philosopher Confucius in a new film How many films about Jesus over the years? Ghandi had his moment in the sun with a best picture oscar. Heston played Moses and they run that film on TV at least once a year. I've been waiting for someone to tackle Confucius in film since 470 BC. What the hell took you bastards so long?
  • You can read a newspaper article, listen to a radio show, even catch the TV news, but there's a reason still photography still exists as a medium of communication. Images of the Great Recession 2009: View all 35 photos.
  • It's too easy to say get a life. This guy clearly has one, and it's different from mine, and I'd like to know more about what makes him tick, and anyone else purchasing such chairs for their living-rooms.
  • This particular version of sublime artistic expression would not have been possible in 1950's America. Whenever I hear people long for the old days (and rarely are those folks black) I think of beautiful things like this, which can only bloom in a more enlightened age.
