Tim Pawlenty gets tough on 62-year-old ladies

Governor T-Paw sent a letter to Ah-nold in California this afternoon to say "thanks but not thanks" on the offer to repatriate Symbionese Liberation Army bomber Sarah Jane Olson.

"We ask that you make the determination to require that Soliah [Olson's birth surname] serve her parole in your state," read the letter to California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.

This is kind of like the prisoners at Gitmo who can't be released because no one will take them. Except in this case, the parolee is a 62-year-old woman who made some serious mistakes but is no more of a threat than your average cat lady.
