Flood victims get extra time to file taxes

Alleged Postal Officer bomb-threat letter writer charged
A Faribault woman was charged Thursday in the writing of bomb threats against 16 southern Minnesota post offices. Christina Anne Reineke, 38, was arrested March 27 at her home.
