Franken's Minn. Supreme Court brief released

Al Franken's reply brief in Norm Coleman's Minnesota Supreme Court appeal has been released. Coleman is appealing the three-judge panel's ruling that Franken received more votes in the November election for Minnesota's U.S. Senate seat that currently sits open.

Franken is asking Pawlenty to sign the election certificate as soon as the appeal concludes. We'll have response and analysis after everyone sifts through the document, but the arguments are likely similar to those made to previous panels as Coleman is keeping consistent with his main points in the recount.
