LIVE VIDEO: Coleman to speak at 3 p.m. CST, Franken at 4:15 p.m. on court ruling

Norm Coleman is expected to address the Minnesota Supreme Court's ruling at 3 p.m. CST at his St. Paul home. Al Franken will speak to the press about the decision at 4:15 p.m. at his Minneapolis home.

The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled 5-0 in favor of Franken, determining that Coleman was unable to prove widespread fraud in the Minnesota election.

We can expect Coleman to either concede the race to Franken or announce his plan to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
