Commenters who say they live in the building claim the apartment owners repeatedly sent out notices to residences warning them that grills on the balconies were against the law.

Gotta love the alcoholics who are so pathetic they are driving drunk in the daytime. Or they wake up for work and still can't see straight but somehow make it to work. Police say they are a bad breed because they are usually hardcore drinkers and have more chances to harm people as they aren't the only ones on the road. They are also tough to spot because they can blend in with regular bad drivers.

Las Vegas slumps, Minn. tribal casinos win
Nevada gambling revenues are down 14 percent, or more than $1 billion in this fiscal year compared to the previous, but local casinos are rolling in dough. The National Indian Gaming Commission says they have seen an increase of nearly $2 billion in recent years. Unfortunately Shakopee Sioux Community is trying to use these numbers to reduce their taxed land. Threaten more job cuts despite your strong business and you still might get government on their knees.
