• Hey I'm new and I guess this is as good a place as any to see if anyone knows of a good loss mitigation training course? • Too sad for words...how broken he must feel. We have lost all compassion as a country. Millions of homes sit boarded up across the country, while the homeless population grows daily. And in response to Eric, I have no doubt the man spent most of that year trying to save his home, catch up on payments, etc. Once you fall behind, the banks are brutal and make getting out of the hole as difficult as possible. I have seen it with friends, and there was no way to surmount the barriers to getting back on track save a lottery win. It's criminal.
