Al Franken, along with Sen. Amy Klobuchar and other local politicians, rallied at the state Capitol Wednesday to celebrate his long-awaited win of the state's vacant U.S. Senate seat. He spoke to his supporters as senator-elect and said he is ready to get to work for the state.
