There were only a couple hours between the Minnesota Supreme Court ruling and Al Franken's victory speech, but the crowds made it to his downtown Minneapolis for his announcement. Some media professionals had to sprint between Norm Coleman's St. Paul home to Franken's for both press conferences. It's the moment we've waited 238 days for.
