Just spent a long weekend up along the North Shore and wandered through Grand Marais as usual. I was surprised when I came across this photo today of Grand Marais in 1958. It's a much different place these days, heavily catering to the weekend visitors. The Minnesota Historical Society posted a couple other old Minnesota photos, which are always a treat to browse through.
