The younger brother of Minneapolis Police Chief Tim Dolan was arrested early Tuesday morning on possible drug charges in an ongoing investigation, according to the Star Tribune.

There were no specifics on the reason for the arrest, but the federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) asked St. Paul police to arrest Paul Dolan, 53.

Police chief Tim Dolan said the arrest was "unfortunate," according to WCCO. "You'd hope they'd learn."

Apparently this was not the "first or second" time for his brother. He was aware of the investigation, but didn't comment on specifics.

Paul Dolan has been working for the United States Postal Service for almost 25 years. He is a letter carrier in St. Paul.
