The crash happened in Mount Pleasant, about 35 miles south of Milwaukee. Police said the 22-year-old driver thought she was going in reverse, but lurched forward into the home. There were no injuries to the driver or passenger, but the wiener and home had moderate damage. No one was at home at the time of the accident.

An Oscar Mayer spokeswoman apologized for any inconvenience the accident caused. It's not every day that a giant Wienermobile slams into the side of your home after all. It's one of six Wienermobiles nationwide.
"We expect to be back on the hot dog highways spreading miles of smiles in no time," she said in the Associated Press report.
Hot dog highways? Gross.
