If you claim you don't have the slightest crush on Mayor R.T. Rybak, you're lying. Politics aside, the charming smile, wool socks in July, and the heartwarming handshake can even make macho men swoon.
Miley Cyrus? Jonas Brothers? Santa? Nope. These young girls were totally starstruck by the one-and-only Rybak at the Minneapolis Aquatennial Torchlight Parade last month.
