Rural Wisconsin billboard: "Buy one breast implant, get one FREE!"

If Footlocker ever mounted a "Buy one shoe, get the one free" promotion, consumers might conclude that the chain's marketing team were dropping acid, or maybe just screwing with them.But this is rural Wisconsin we're dealing with. In the eastern part of the state, somewhere between Green Bay and Appleton, sprouted the above pictured billboard. Apparently going the logical route and advertising for "half off" would've sent the wrong message. So "Buy 1 Implant Get 1 Free!" it is.
The kicker? The plastic surgeon recently completed a 30-day stint in jail after being convicted of felony health care fraud.
