A former Burnsville Boy Scout troop leader is accused of molesting three teen troop members while they were alone in different locations with him.

Peter Robert Stibal Jr., 44, is now charged with six counts of criminal sexual conduct for incidents that happened between 2002 and 2008. The victims say they were sexually abused at a scout camp, movie theater, and Stibal's cabin.

At least one victim says he saw child porn on Stibal's computer, which he has admitted to. Stibal also has admitted to being alone with the boys and giving them back rubs, but did not sexually abuse them. He is currently in the Dakota County Jail with a $1 million bail.

Stibal was involved with Troop 650 since 2000 and was a troop leader since 2003. There were 25 boys in the troop.

More from the Star Tribune:
The first, who was between the ages of 12 and 15 at the time of the alleged abuse, said Stibal first molested him at Stibal's cabin in Stearns County, Minn., in 2002 or 2003. He reported that Stibal subsequently abused him at the Scout master's home, at a movie theater in Eagan and at a drive-in theater in Cottage Grove.

The boy also told investigators that he saw child pornography on Stibal's home computer.

The second alleged victim said Stibal abused him at a Boy Scout camp in Stearns County in 2003 or 2004, when he was 11, and the third said he was abused at Stibal's cabin in 2008 and at Boy Scout camp in Hubbard County, Minn., the complaint says.
Adults that work with the troops are not supposed to be alone with the boys, according to Boy Scout officials.
