Federal Judge: Craigslist has right to host 'exotic services' ads

(At the time, a popular backlash appeared to be brewing against Craigslist amid reports of so-dubbed "Craigslist killers," which we chronicled here).
Dart's suit appears to be headed for oblivion this week, after a federal judge dismissed the proposed purging. Ruled Judge John Grady: "Sheriff Dart may continue to use Craigslist's Web site to identify and pursue individuals who post allegedly unlawful content. But he cannot sue Craigslist for their conduct."
Chalk one up for the First Amendment... and, we suppose, online creepers.
