Hand sanitizer actually making kids (and adults) drunk

So KSTP laws down the facts: Handing your kid a container of hand sanitizer is like giving them a bottle of vodka. Drunk kids aren't fun kids.
Despite the fear mongering, there are actually some serious cases of poisoning. So make sure to call poison control ASAP if you think you, your child, or someone you know may have chugged a little too much germ killer. Phone number is 1-800-222-1222.

We used to call it a 'MilkToast' because it contained milk and got you toasted.

Posted On: Friday, Oct. 16 2009 @ 1:46PMactually, the active ingredient in hand sanitizers, such as purell, is ethyl alcohol...same stuff as in your tall cool budwiser and your e85 gas. ethyl alcohol kills organisms by denaturing their proteins and dissolving their lipids and is effective against most bacteria and fungi, and many viruses, but is ineffective against bacterial spores.

Bleach and hydrogen peroxide is a better disinfectant. That's what the dentist uses for root canals. It also stinks and tastes bad.
Mouthwash tastes better than hand sanitizer, if your want to get drunk.
Alcohol is the most toxic of all the recreational drugs.
Asthma medication, like Brochaid is a stimulant. It has ephedrine.
Cough syrup is a hallucinogenic in large quantity. Apparently it causes memory formation that is accessible only when high again.
BTW, did you know that marijuana has no toxicity level? It's non-toxic.
You can't save em from themselves.
Maybe it's better to put Bleach and hydrogen peroxide on the sink and leave Bronchaid in the cabinet.
That or attach a rope to em. Is it legal to chain them up?
