• No she can't press criminal charges, as part of the contract, she cannot press criminal or civil charges against the individuals, or the company. All disputes must be handled by an arbitrator, which the company chooses and pays. So tell me is that not a conflict of interest.

• The rape victim could press criminal charges unless it is out of U.S. jurisdiction.

• My Dear Glee, Are you implying that satire or satirical work translates to factual representation? Does this mean if I write a story that had a murderous rapist then I must like murderous rapists? Full disclosure: I wrote a novel that had a murderous rapist in it and I do NOT support murderous rapists.

• What PR firm did Franken hire? The comic who makes fun of rape sponsors anti-rape law that rapes big corporations. It's brilliant. Unless you have a short attention span, then all you catch is Franken=Rape.
