KSTP scores big ratings with Vikings-Packers showdown

When combined with the ESPN audience, the number rose to 1,008,899 households (out of a total of 1,730,530) in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market tuning into the game. The men 25-54 demo was a whopping 51.0 (85.4 share) combined with ESPN.
The station also has money in the bank for December 28, when the Vikings take on the Bears on Monday Night Football.
The game was also the most-watched program in the history of cable.
A mammoth 21.8 million viewers watched Brett Farve lead the Vikings against his former team, drawing a 9.0 rating among adults 18-49.
