The Faribault nurse accused of encouraging people in suicide chat rooms to commit suicide has admitted to police he helped as many as five people kill themselves. The Minnesota State Board of Nursing has pulled his practical nurse license is still under investigation for what officials are calling a "suicide fetish."

Not only are police on his case, so is the international media. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation news magazine "The Fifth Estate" found William Melchert-Dinkel and tried to interview him about the death of an 18-year-old Canadian college student who police believe talked to him before killing herself.

People are wondering how this man isn't in jail, but a Hamline law expert says it will be a tough case to prosecute because there aren't Internet laws in place to stop what happened.
