St. Paul's "Extreme Home" revealed

The crew of 3,000 on the scene of St. Paul's "Extreme Home Makeover" had just 96 hours to tear down and rebuild the home of Sandy Morris, a mother of two and well-loved daycare provider in the District Del Sol neighborhood near downtown St. Paul. Her 100-year-old house had been crumbling and she was at risk of losing her daycare license due to the conditions of the home.

ABC's "Extreme Home Makeover" came to the rescue after parents of some of her daycare kids nominated her for the show. The new home was revealed on Friday, but we won't get the full details until the show runs later this year. But the reaction when the big tour bus pulled away is enough to know what this meant to Morris and the community.
