Might as well look good for your mug shot, right? So here's comedian and rapper Katt Williams, up on burglary and criminal
trespass charges in Georgia, smiling for the camera.
Williams, 38, is slated for a 4 p.m. EDT appearance in Coweta County Magistrate Court after his arrest Sunday night after he allegedly broke into a home in suburban Atlanta.
A magistrate will decide then on whether the stand-up comedian and sometime film actor is eligible for bond, according to a court spokeswoman.

This isn't Williams first brush with the law. He was arrested in 2008 in New York City on weapons charges, after police said they found guns in plain sight in his Cadillac parked on Broadway. The charges were later dropped. He also pleaded no contest in 2006 to carrying a concealed firearm after a gun was found in his briefcase at Los Angeles International Airport.
Authorities say Williams is in Georgia for a movie role.
