Man who tossed puppy off balcony gets probation

• yes it is wrong to do that to a pup, but please understand, that MY SON has a problem he lost his father at a young age, then at 12 he lost his grandfather, his life has not been the same, ok he tried to get him self back together and go back to school, and he was working, after that, down the line now he was told that his bro has cancer, and no the bro didnt SMOKE,he watched his bro go thu a lot, it has always been him and his bro, he didnt mean any of the stuff he do my son needs help am trying my best, and now that his bro is no longer with us, yes his bro past away 2007 of APRIL 5TH and my life is still up side down and so is his he just dont talk about it, and i know he need to even his PAPA, so please just focus this in ur minds THANK YOU
