Sounds like it's all over except for the press release: Bono and boys appear set to elevate the University of Minnesota's fancy new TCF Bank Stadium next summer. Live Nation will make an official announcement about U2's tour dates for 2010 on Monday.

The concert would be the first at the Gophers' new football stadium, if the rumors are true. The Strib makes it sound like it's a done deal. Tix? Start with Live Nation and the U2 Web site.
