During the Franken campaign, we marveled over the bizarre write-in vote for "Lizard People." This year's election, which coincided with the premier of ABC's new science fiction reboot of "V", brought us another vote for these mysterious "Lizard People." |

I think her throat actually "undulates", which is to move in a wavelike motion. ungulates are hoofed animals. Commonly known examples of ungulates living today are the horse, zebra, donkey, cattle/bison, rhinoceros, camel, hippopotamus, goat, pig, sheep, giraffe, okapi, moose, deer, tapir, antelope, and gazelle. Here throat looks like none of those.
