Rybak, Coleman sworn in for new terms today

With one eye on the Minnesota governor's race, Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak will be sworn in for his third term in office, along with the 13-member Minneapolis City Council, on Monday morning at City Hall. 
Meanwhile, across the Mississippi, St. Paul, Mayor Chris Coleman's swearing-in ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m. at the Union Depot. Coleman was also anticipated to make a run for governor, but dropped out earlier this year.
