David Nguyen, 30, busted for sexual activity with teen at Hyland Hills

Thirty-year-old David Nguyen, of Plymouth, is being held in Hennepin County jail pending a court hearing today after he was arrested Saturday at a crowded suburban ski area when police caught him in the back seat of his car with a 14-year-old girl. The charges: fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to the Star Tribune, it isn't the first time the pair have been caught together: The first time was last December at her house in Plymouth, where she tried to hide the man when police came calling.
He also is facing charges in Alabama, where he was serving in the military, in "at least one and possibly two related sexual assault cases with minors," said Bloomington Police Cmdr. Mark Stehlik.
The girl met Nguyen a couple of years ago when he was her camp counselor.
