MSNBC is reporting that former President Bill Clinton just underwent surgery in New York City after experiencing chest pains.
According to the report, Clinton, 63, received a stent, which is a mesh tube that is used to treat weakened or narrow arteries.
Clinton had apparently called his doctor two days earlier and reported feeling ill.
The former President last underwent surgery in 2004.
