Lindsey Vonn's Olympic hopes jinxed by Sports Illustrated cover?

Olympic ski racer and Minnesota native Lindsey Vonn scored headlines everywhere -- and here -- for baring damned near everything in the annual Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. But she also made the cover of of Sports Illustrated, and now that she's injured, and may not even compete in Vancouver, we want to know: Is Vonn the latest victim of the SI cover jinx?
