Luke Hellier at Minnesota Democrats Exposed gets the scoop, outing Mike Rivard and Randy Nugent as the folks behind the the "Miss me yet?" Bush billboard we told you about last week -- and that we poked fun at with alternate messages in a slideshow.

Mike Rivard is a businessman from East Bethel and Nugent is a business owner from Lino Lakes, Hellier says, adding that Fox News is set to air a segment on the billboard. Wyoming mayor Sheldon Anderson got some free campaign publicity out of the billboard yesterday via MSNBC.
