Mall of America parking garage is scene of another falling death

What's going on here? A couple of weeks ago, Bloomington cops chased a suspect in a hit and run accident up onto the seventh floor of the Mall of America's east parking garage. There, the driver got out of his car and jumped to his death.
Now, according to WCCO, another body has been found at the giant mall, this time on the ground outside the west parking garage. Initial reports make it sound as though the victim fell from the structure. Why he fell isn't yet known.
