Minneapolis police say they've arrested Preston Arnold in the murder of Glora Dean Clay, a cold case that dates back to 1993. He's been charged with second-degree murder.

According to the complaint, Clay's partially frozen body was found lying on some railroad tracks near 4056 Washington Ave N. on March 19, 1993. The autopsy revealed that Clay had been strangled after being physically and sexually assaulted. At the time, biological samples were taken from Clay's body for potential DNA testing at a later date. These samples were submitted in 2009 to the Minnesota BCA for testing and results were returned in 2010 with a DNA profile matching the defendant.

Arnold is being held at the Hennepin County jail on $750,000 bail.
