Let's pay for more nuclear warheads, and less healthcare, former Gov. Jesse Ventura growled at Fox host Eric Bolling yesterday. 
"I'm being real sarcastic when I say that."
Then there's Ventura's way-off-Fox-script comment about U.S. foreign policy being no different than terrorism for the past 50 years.
