60 Minutes probes Somali terror ties in Minnesota

After leading with the recently bungled Times Square bombing by an American citizen of Pakistani descent, CBS segued into a hard look at the case of 20 missing Minnesota men believed to have been recruited by Al Shabab--a terrorist organization with ties to Al Qaeda. They include the so-called first American suicide bomber--Shirwa Ahmed.
While the report raises more questions than it answers, the salient impression left on the national audience is that terrorists are recruiting here in Minnesota.
