Wis. man hits neighbor with baseball bat after dog poop argument

​There's something really unnerving about the neighbor who lets his dog prance right onto your perfectly mowed green lawn and take a giant dump. Wisconsin solution? Attack the dog owner with a baseball bat. That'll teach 'em.

A 43-year-old Oshkosh man was apparently really upset Monday night when his 38-year-old neighbor let his dog poop on his lawn. The 43-year-old man went back to his home and came back outside with a baseball bat. He took a swing and hit his neighbor in the leg and injuring him.

Well then the bat-attack victim was pissed. So he went into his home to get a bat for himself. Apparently he never used it.

The 43-year-old man was arrested at the scene for the crime as well as an outstanding Mississippi warrant. His neighbor could also be charged with disorderly conduct for the altercation.
