Minneapolis cops found Battees early in the morning of June 13 laying in the front yard of a home on the 2600 block of 18th Avenue South, with a gunshot wound to the head. He was taken to HCMC where he later died.

New Brighton police made the arrest at about 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
