Don Machacek rescues mom and kids from sinking car

​Stella Obadioya and her two kids are lucky to be alive today, after a Mn/DOT video camera picked up their submerged car in a pond near I-35 in Richfield and Don Machacek came to their rescue. Bear in mind as you watch this video that the three were crammed into the back seat of the car, their faces barely above water, when Machacek arrives at about the 3-minute mark
